Senior Administrative Assistant Dunham Trust Company (DTC) provides comprehensive trust and fiduciary services including custodial accounts, wealth management, and specialized investment administration. Chartered in 1999 and headquartered in Reno, Nevada, DTC serves high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients with additional offices in Las Vegas and Wyoming.

Job Summary
(Purpose of Job) The Senior Administrative Assistant serves as a primary resource for daily operations and provides administrative and business support in order to establish and maintain a smooth-running main office for DTC.
Essential Functions
(Primary responsibilities) Supervise team of Administrative Assistants, Receptionist and workflow; Proactively facilitates and manages administrative functions; Office management and organization; Manage Salesforce case workflow; Handle vendor, landlord, and property management communication; Coordinate client, staff and colleague meetings; Schedule seminars, luncheons, staff events; Process expense reports for staff; Manage corporate credit cards monthly reconciliation and submitting client expenses; Travel coordination for staff and Board of Directors; Support for IT, setup and configuration; The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned.
Back-Up Functions: (Secondary responsibilities) Back-up Administrative Assistants and Receptionist Education Required: Minimum high school diploma; Experience Required: Two years of prior administrative/office management experience; Prior supervisorial and/or staff management experience; Proficient in MS Word and Outlook (PowerPoint & Excel preferred); Salesforce a plus; Prior trust office or legal experience a plus.
Special Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant phone manner; Exceptional organizational skillset; High attention to detail; Good written communication skills; Professional front-office manner with excellent client relations and customer service skills; Able to manage time and handle many priorities in a fast-paced office environment; Good problem-solving skills.
