Title: Manager in Training Job Description: Now Hiring: Manager In Training Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 Shift: Days/Weekends/On Call/Variable SBM’s Manager-in-Training (MIT) is a rigorous 9-week program built to develop emerging leaders through on-the-job training and structured professional development.
