Claims Manager, Workers’ Compensation Locations: Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Philadelphia or Scottsdale Job Description Duties of this position include : Provide management oversight of our Third Party Administrators' Workers' Compensation claim personnel by monitoring claims on-line using our Third Party Administrator's claims system Review monthly loss runs, trends, reportable claims and/or problematic claims Must be pro-active Provide superior claim services to internal and external claim partners Participate in reviews with insureds, brokers, and Third Party Claim Administrators Interface with Underwriters regarding claim status exposures.
