Location: Broughty Ferry, Dundee, DD5 3RU Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (PAYE) Hours: 6 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00am – 11:00am No work Tuesday, Thursday or weekends Contract: Temporary Holiday Cover Assignment Dates: 27 July 2026 – 7 August 2026 About the Role We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Operative to join a professional facilities management team at a commercial office site in Broughty Ferry.

This is an excellent part-time opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and is comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning office and communal areas Vacuuming, mopping and dusting Cleaning kitchens and staff welfare facilities Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns Following all site health and safety procedures Candidate Requirements Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential Basic DBS Certificate Valid Right to Work documentation Comfortable working alone Able to work as a key holder Confident using an alarm panel Willing to use a mandatory telephone time and attendance system Reliable, punctual and trustworthy Good communication skills Excellent attention to detail What We Offer £12.
