• Key Tech/Tools: Microsoft office What would your day at GAC look like? Oversee all port agency operations for vessels calling at Bilbao. Coordinate with port authorities, customs, immigration, and other stakeholders. Ensure accurate and timely documentation for vessel arrivals, departures, and cargo handling. Maintain strong relationships with shipowners, charterers, and local service providers. Ensure compliance with Spanish maritime regulations and international standards. Manage emergency situations and resolve operational challenges effectively. What are we looking for?

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, Profesional Education related to International Commerce, Shipping or Transportation. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping agency operations. Technical Skills: Microsoft office / Proficiency in port community systems and shipping software.

Soft skills: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required. What’s in it for you?
