Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including significant exposure to Percentage-of-Completion (POC) accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing environments. This role will be responsible for managing complex accounting activities, leading month-end close processes, supporting forecasting and financial analysis, and partnering closely with operations leadership to drive business performance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting knowledge, experience in manufacturing and distribution operations, and a proven ability to analyze financial results and communicate actionable insights to management.
