Associate Director of Counseling Center
Job description
The University of Redlands’ Counseling Center is seeking a licensed therapist or licensed psychologist to be the Associate Director. This position provides a range of administrative, clinical services, clinical supervision, and outreach services in support of the mission of the University of Redlands. This position leads the training program for our masters and doctoral level student therapists. In addition to the usual responsibilities at a university counseling center, we are seeking candidates who take seriously the impact of marginalized identities, experiences of inequality, and experiences of oppression and privilege on mental health.
