Job Description: Executing process improvements Implementing new process standards Daily troubleshooting of operative technical issues Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers for projects, acting as the primary point of contact Supporting quality issues from process side Training/supporting local operators/shopfloor leadership for assembly processes Required Skills and Education Master/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Confident English knowledge verbal and written Min 3 years of experience in production environment preferably in automotive Proactive and result-driven mindset Engineering technology competence Strong communication skills Team player Independent management of assigned projects Competence for minor surface machining activities (e.
