On-Call Per Diem Support Staff

• Flexible Per Diem / On-Call Position Now Hiring for: 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM This position provides coverage for staff call-outs, sick time, vacations, and open shelter shifts. What You’ll Do Support and engage with youth in a trauma-informed, judgment-free environment Help maintain a safe, welcoming shelter space Assist youth with access to food, clothing, hygiene supplies, showers, and other basic needs Work alongside a compassionate and supportive team What We’re Looking For ✔ High School Diploma or equivalent ✔ Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented ✔ Experience with youth or vulnerable populations preferred ✔ Ability to pass a background check Training provided in CPR/First Aid, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and Narcan administration.
