Job Title: Senior Associate, Sales Account Management (General Trade)- Bkk Location: Bangkok, Thailand Department: Sales Summary: As the Senior Associate, Sales Account Management, you will be responsible to manage the General Trade channel and lead a team of distributor sales force to achieve the sales target in your assigned territories within Bkk area taking care of 2 distributors Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Build strong working relationship with distributor sales team Build and develop the capability of sales personnel Motivate sales team to achieve the agreed monthly distribution and promotion target Conduct market analysis and sales analysis through basic data processing Implement SC Johnson (SCJ) initiatives / launches with speed and effectiveness Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: Bachelors in Economic, Business Administration or related field Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience as sales personnel in the FMCG industry Experience in managing distributor and highly mobile to travel within Thailand Job Requirements: Permanent – full-time job Benefits & Culture: SC Johnson is committed to providing a Great Place to Work for all its employees.
