Clinical Care Manager - Watson Lake Community Hospital - Regular Full-Time

Reporting to the Director of Community Hospitals, the incumbent has the responsibility, authority and accountability for the clinical, financial and personnel management of the Community Hospital on a 24 hour basis. The incumbent’s actions will be in keeping with the organization’s intention to be fair and just, remove barriers, and provide the right supports to deliver the best care every time to all Yukoners.

As well, they will demonstrate effective communication, humility, understanding, honesty, responsibility and an openness to different views and experiences.
