Spanish-Speaking Mental Health Therapist

Mindify Wellness and Care is hiring Spanish-speaking mental health therapists to provide onsite and telehealth services to clients in Pennsauken, New Jersey. The ability to conduct therapy in Spanish is required for this position. We have an established caseload at our partner adult day center in Pennsauken, NJ . What Mindify Provides An established caseload and ongoing patient referrals Administrative support for scheduling and patient coordination Flexibility to build a schedule around your availability Clinical supervision when required Company-provided malpractice coverage Opportunities to provide both onsite and telehealth services Collaboration with psychiatric providers and other healthcare professionals Schedule Our partner adult day center generally operates Monday through Friday.

Typical onsite hours are 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., although hours may vary. Onsite coverage is generally needed one to two days per week , depending on center needs and the therapist's availability. Telehealth sessions may be scheduled on the same days as onsite appointments or on separate days. Our team works with each therapist to develop a schedule based on their availability, preferences, specialties, and caseload capacity.

Compensation

$35 to $45 per completed clinical session Rates are based on licensure level, credentials, experience, and clinical expertise. Therapists are paid for completed sessions; cancellations and patient no-shows are not compensated.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide therapy in Spanish and English, based on client needs Develop and update individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy within your training and scope of practice Use evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches Help clients develop coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and treatment goals Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate Complete accurate and timely assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Collaborate with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, care managers, and other members of the treatment team Coordinate referrals and connect clients with appropriate community resources Follow HIPAA requirements, payer guidelines, professional standards, and organizational policies Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active New Jersey behavioral health license or credential appropriate to the services provided, such as LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT Professional fluency in Spanish and English, including the ability to conduct assessments and therapy sessions in Spanish Ability to provide onsite services in Pennsauken, NJ Ability to complete clinical documentation accurately and on time Strong communication, organization, and care coordination skills Experience in outpatient behavioral health, community-based care, telehealth, adult day centers, or working with diverse populations is preferred Position Type This posting is for a 1099 independent contractor opportunity .
