The Recovery Specialist II/Residential Counselor II is an evolution of the basic, Recovery Specialist I/Residential Counselor I position. Recovery Specialist II/Residential Counselor II staff is expected to continue to fulfill all expectations of a Recovery Specialist I/RC I. In addition to those expectations, the Recovery Specialist II/residential Counselor II will take more of a leadership role and focus on medication room compliance.
