Counselor Supervisor (Admin - NV)

The Counselor Supervisor provides clinical counseling and oversight to patients receiving substance use treatment. This role conducts individual and group counseling sessions, develops and updates treatment plans, maintains accurate patient records, and supports patients in achieving social, educational, and vocational goals while working toward a drug-free lifestyle.

The position collaborates with treatment teams, coordinates referrals and follow-up care, and provides crisis support when needed. The Counselor Supervisor also mentors counseling staff, participates in program development and training, and ensures compliance with program policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care.
