Job description
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the internal and external project team, focusing on three primary goals:
- Maximizing the design value of the project;
- Achieving technical excellence; and
- Achieving the expected financial results. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing large or several small-scale projects through all phases of development until completion The position has the overall project responsibility for client engagement, design and technical quality control, resourcing, and financial performance.
