Successful candidates are responsible, punctual, personable, detailed, and positive with a professional attitude. Typical duties of the position may include:

• Answering multiple phone lines and directing calls
• Greeting and assisting customers
• Receiving, distributing, and replying to emails as needed
• Using typical office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines The Office Assistant may be assigned additional tasks in support of the department's goals
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite Salary: Competitive and commensurate with education and/or experience.
