In Finance, we ensure the integrated governance of financial activities at Group level, both ordinary and extraordinary. We control administrative, accounting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with tax requirements and optimizing credit management, debt collection, and treasury activities. A primary focus is placed on integrating the accounting, administrative, and reporting processes of companies being acquired, ensuring alignment and efficiency at the Group level.

We are looking for a Revenue Incentive Manager to lead the transformation of our global Revenue Incentive function. This role will be responsible for re-engineering the end-to-end commissions and rebates model—including agent calculations—while driving global standardization, optimizing SAP and Zuora systems, and ensuring scalable, transparent, and well-governed incentive frameworks.

Your role

Lead the redesign and standardization of the commissions and rebates framework—covering agent models, incentives, and partner discounts—simplifying complexity to enable scalable automation, while establishing a global operating model and governance structure. Define and implement a group-wide commission and rebate calculation model for agents and agencies.

Design and develop indirect sales channels (partners, resellers, agencies) and related incentive schemes. Own the end-to-end commission calculation logic (rules, tiers, bonuses, adjustments). Ensure alignment between commercial policies, pricing, and financial outcomes. Support system integration and optimization within SAP and Zuora environments.

Partner with Sales, Finance, and IT to build a clear, automated, and data-driven incentive model. What skills are we looking for? 7–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Transformation, or Sales Incentives. Strong background in commission models, pricing, and financial transformation projects. Experience in multinational environments.

Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash and revenue mechanics. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex business rules into scalable calculation models. Strong stakeholder management across Finance, Sales, and IT. S kills are important, but they are not enough.
