Financial Specialist Lead

The Financial Specialist Lead is responsible for driving day-to-day operational excellence by keeping the banking center in compliance with all bank policies and procedures. The individual contributes to a positive customer experience by processing transactions, opening deposit accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.

The individual has the opportunity to work closely with the banking center manager by mentoring other team members and assisting with complex transactions or problem resolution. Additionally, the individual will work collaboratively with the banking center team to ensure that our customers get access to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs.
