Field Collections Agent ** Start date 7th September 2026** Location: Within a 90-minute travel radius of your home (applicants must reside within Croydon) Salary: From £28,665 + £4,200 per annum car allowance + uncapped monthly bonus as a guide our current Field team earn monthly bonuses from £200-£400 Earnings Potential: Up to £35,765 per year (inclusive of car allowance) Hours: Flexible, 40 hours per week (including peak shifts) No Warrant Work Involved Do you: Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle?

About the Role
As a Field Collections Agent, you'll be the friendly face of Orbit, meeting customers at their homes to help them find a way forward with their finances. You’ll offer empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that make a real difference. Your key responsibilities: Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment options Handle accounts for both regulated and non-regulated clients.
This will include reconnection visits Accept payments, set up repayment plans, and re-engage customers with client services Educate customers about the potential consequences of non-payment Use an Orbit-supplied iPad to update account outcomes in real time Working Hours We offer a 40-hour workweek with a supportive approach to work-life balance.
Your visits will be scheduled across the following operating window: Monday–Friday visiting times are between 8am-8pm With a number of shift pattern options available you can choose between a 4 day or 5 day working week.
