POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Product Marketing Specialist at Ze. Omega will own the go-to-market strategy and product marketing activities for one or more products in Ze. Omega suite of products, serving as the dedicated PMM voice across the entire product lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, translating complex product & platform capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with health plans, Medicaid managed care organizations, Medicare Advantage plans, and other risk-bearing entities.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and skilled executor who can craft sharp messaging, lead product launches, and produce a wide range of AI-native marketing assets, from thought-leadership blogs and product education videos to whitepapers and sales enablement collateral. PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product Ownership from a PMM Perspective: Serve as the dedicated product marketing owner for one or more products in the Ze. Omega suite, taking full accountability for how each product is positioned, messaged, launched, and adopted across its lifecycle; act as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure a coherent and consistent product story at every stage.
- Product Messaging and Positioning: Create clear, compelling messaging and competitive product positioning that resonates with target customer segments and differentiates Ze. Omega's offerings in the market; maintain and evolve positioning frameworks as the product and competitive landscape evolve.
- Product Launches: Conceptualize and produce customer facing and internal GTM assets for new feature launches and product enhancements including product/solution pitches, Explainer videos, landing pages; partner with Product Managers to establish a consistent cadence of enablement for regular product releases.
- AI-Native Content Creation: Leverage AI tools and workflows to produce high-quality marketing content at scale, including long-form blogs, product education videos, whitepapers, one-pagers, and email campaigns; apply strong editorial judgment to ensure all AI-assisted output meets brand, accuracy, and quality standards.
- Product and Feature Adoption: Drive adoption of products and features across the customer base by planning and executing in-product campaigns, targeted communications, and engagement programs that move customers from awareness to active use.
- Sales Enablement: Consistently articulate the product value proposition to GTM teams, customers, and partners; develop and maintain high-impact sales tools including battlecards and sales decks that equip the sales team to compete and win.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively and consistently communicate feature releases, product updates, bug fixes, and major announcements to Ze. Omega's client base; design communication touchpoints that keep customers informed, confident, and engaged with the product roadmap.
- Evangelism and Thought Leadership: Develop thought-leadership content including blogs, industry commentary, webinar material, and conference narratives to position Ze. Omega as a trusted voice in its market; support Ze. Omega's presence in key industry forums, analyst relations, and events.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape, conduct ongoing analysis of competitor positioning and messaging, and translate insights into actionable marketing and sales strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams to align on priorities, gather insights, and ensure marketing outputs are grounded in customer reality and business context. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in product marketing or a closely related role, with the ability to own and drive PMM activities for one or more products end to end.
- Demonstrated ability to craft product messaging, positioning frameworks, and go-to-market narratives that resonate with both technical buyers and operational or clinical decision-makers.
- Hands-on experience producing a broad range of marketing assets including sales plays, battlecards, email sequences, product videos, whitepapers, and training materials.
- Proficiency with AI writing and content tools, with the editorial judgment to use them effectively without compromising accuracy, brand voice, or quality.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buyer behaviour and ideal customer profiles, and the ability to translate product capabilities into customer-centric marketing language.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, sales teams, customer success, and executive stakeholders across geographies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English, with a high bar for quality and meticulous attention to detail
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability; comfortable operating independently and driving outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. SKILLS & ABILITIES Qualification: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred, from an accredited university. A background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is ideal. Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, or a related role. Prior experience in a healthcare IT or payer-focused enterprise software company with familiarity in care management, population health, or managed care is a plus.
