Job description
The Maintenance Planner / Analyst provides enterprise-level ownership of maintenance planning standards, reliability analysis, parts strategy, and maintenance system governance. This role independently develops planning processes and analytical approaches, identifies reliability and inventory risks, and formulates recommendations that improve preventive maintenance compliance, reduce repeat failures and reactive work, strengthen parts readiness, and improve maintenance workflow predictability across the organization.
The Analyst may implement routine system, data, workflow, and planning-process changes within established Company parameters; material maintenance-strategy, budget, purchasing, staffing, and operational-priority decisions remain subject to management approval.
