Automotive Diagnostic Technician (A-Level) Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM $30–$35+/Hour | Hourly Pay – No Flat Rate Are you the technician everyone turns to when a vehicle has a difficult drivability issue or an intermittent electrical problem? We're looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician who takes pride in diagnosing complex repairs accurately and fixing them right the first time.

What You'll Do

Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, engine, transmission, steering, suspension, and HVAC concerns Perform advanced troubleshooting using scan tools, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic equipment Complete major mechanical repairs including engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and electrical system repairs Accurately identify repair recommendations through comprehensive vehicle inspections Mentor and assist less experienced technicians as needed Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate findings with the service team Ensure repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with drivability concerns and advanced vehicle systems Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles ASE Certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain) Own tools required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check What We Offer $30–$35+/hour based on experience Hourly pay — No Flat Rate Guaranteed 40-hour work week Monday–Friday schedule — No nights or weekends Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Stable, team-oriented environment with consistent workflow Modern equipment and the opportunity to work alongside experienced technicians who value quality over speed
