We are looking for Procurement Ops Specialist to support end-to-end procurement operations across vendor setup, requisition handling, PO lifecycle, and operational support while ensuring compliance with TAPI policies and delivering high service quality - support in all sites on global level.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Master Data (VMD) Manage vendor onboarding, documentation validation, and ERP setup Track approvals and resolve data discrepancies Requisition Processing Validate PRs, manage queues, and ensure correct routing Verify documentation and support requestors PO Approval & Processing Manage PO approval workflow and follow-ups Issue POs, monitor transmission, and resolve errors Order Confirmation Validate supplier confirmations and follow up on missing ones Ensure proper documentation and audit compliance PO Maintenance Process PO changes, cancellations, and closures Ensure compliance with financial controls and ERP rules Inquiry Management Handle supplier and internal queries (POs, deliveries, payments) Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution Reporting & Governance Produce operational reports and KPIs Support governance routines and continuous improvement Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Business / Supply Chain / Finance 2 to 5 years in procurement operations or P2P ERP experience (Priority preferred) Key Skills Detail-oriented and process-driven Strong communication and stakeholder management Ability to manage high volumes and meet SLAs Good Excel/reporting skills Make Your Mark with TAPI Your journey with TAPI is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact on global health.
