This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical equity administration processes within a growing public company environment.
You will manage the complete lifecycle of employee equity programs, including grants, vesting, releases, exercises, and purchase plans. The position combines operational excellence, compliance expertise, and cross-functional collaboration with teams across Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, and Accounting. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate, scalable, and audit-ready equity operations while improving processes and employee experiences.
