Job Specs: 6-10 Years Experience Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Developer with 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade CRM and business automation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power.
Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure DevOps, and Git , along with experience in integrating external applications through REST APIs. Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and .NET development is highly preferred. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform ecosystem while following Agile development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including workflows, plugins, business rules, and security configurations. Build and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps and automate business processes through Power Automate . Design and manage Dataverse data models, tables, relationships, forms, and security controls.
Develop and support integrations with internal and external systems using REST APIs , custom connectors, and JavaScript/C#/.NET . Manage source code using Git and implement CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps . Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Perform unit testing, deployment, troubleshooting, production support, and technical documentation. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform products. Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture and security concepts. Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control management. Proven experience integrating enterprise applications through REST APIs. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
