What You'll Do

Safely transport heavy equipment using a full-size haul truck and trailer throughout West Texas while following all DOT and company safety standards. Load, unload, inspect, and secure equipment before every trip, complete required inspections and paperwork, and maintain a clean, well-kept truck and trailer. Deliver equipment to customer jobsites, explain safe equipment operation when needed, and provide outstanding customer service on every stop.

Perform basic equipment maintenance and support a strong culture of safety by participating in training, safety meetings, and occasional on-call rotations.

What You'll Bring

Valid Class A CDL with at least 2 years of commercial driving experience and a safe driving record. Experience loading and unloading equipment—whether construction, industrial, agricultural, or other heavy hauling. Equipment hauling experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. Strong attention to safety, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work overtime as needed (typically 45–55 hours per week), and participate in an every-other-weekend on-call rotation when scheduled.
