Job description
Manager of Accounting is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, tax filings, internal controls, audits, budgeting, and staff management for financing and leasing entities. This role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, drives process and system improvements, develops operational metrics, manages external audits and banking relationships, and serves as a strategic business partner to leadership.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 10+ years of accounting experience with management responsibility, strong financial analysis skills, and expertise in accounting principles and controls. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
