Job description
We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing farm equipment and facility systems. This position requires someone who can work independently, think critically, and take initiative to identify and solve problems without constant supervision.
Previous farm experience is highly preferred.
