Fire Watch Technician

The Fire Watch Technician is responsible for continuously monitoring assigned areas—industrial, commercial, or residential—where fire protection or alarm/suppression systems are not yet installed, under construction, impaired, or temporarily out of service. This role ensures the safety of personnel, property, and the public by maintaining vigilant observation for fire, smoke, or any unsafe conditions, and initiating immediate notification and response procedures as outlined by company policy, applicable fire codes, and client specification.
