Job description

Responsibilities

● Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, workflows, process builder flows, and integrations. ● Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile workflows, and work orders.

● Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems using APIs and middleware. ● Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into technical specifications. ● Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. ● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations.

● Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices, especially in the FSL domain. ● Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. ● Develop and maintain technical documentation. ● Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development processes.

Required Skills

& Experience ● Strong Salesforce development experience with a focus on Field Service (FSL). ● Proficiency in Apex, Visual force, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). ● Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality. ● Hands-on experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.

● Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations with external systems. ● Solid foundation in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. ● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. ● Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. ● Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Field Service Lightning Consultant are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

● Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). ● Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. ● Knowledge of testing frameworks (Apex Unit Tests, Jest).
