About the Role
Arboreal Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support the operations of a new lease up building in Spokane . This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a proactive mindset and a passion for maintaining high-quality housing. What You’ll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for repairs, upkeep, and resident support.
Your work will ensure that our apartment community is in top condition and that residents feel right at home. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Completing maintenance requests, work orders, and preventative maintenance with efficiency and care Prepping apartments for new residents, including light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs Maintaining community grounds, amenities, and common areas Supporting move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections Troubleshooting and repairing building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, fire alarms, sprinklers, etc.)
