Director Patient Financial Services

The Director of Patient Financial Services provides strategic leadership for patient financial responsibility operations, including patient billing, payment arrangements, collections, account resolution, financial assistance programs, and patient communications. This role is responsible for improving patient account performance, reducing patient A/R and bad debt, enhancing the patient financial experience, and ensuring patients have access to available financial resources while supporting organizational financial objectives.

The Director leads a high-performing team, drives operational excellence, and ensures compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
