Job Title: Director, Risk Management & Patient Safety (KFH/HP) Location: Downey, CA Onsite Salary: $175,600 – $258,100/year Job Summary Seeking a Director to lead Clinical Risk Management, Patient Safety, Quality, and Infection Prevention programs within an acute care hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical risk and patient safety programs. * Conduct/oversee RCA, FMEA, and clinical chart reviews. * Oversee Infection Prevention and architectural infection-control activities. * Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance. * Identify risks and implement corrective actions. * Analyze patient safety, quality, and population health data.

• Partner with hospital leadership and clinical teams. Must-Haves * Recent acute care hospital risk management experience. * CPHRM certification. * RN license preferred/required. * Experience with RCA, FMEA, and patient safety. * Infection Prevention program experience. * Architectural infection control experience.
