Scott Electric Company has a current opening at our Bloomsburg, PA branch for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Filler to join our electrical distribution team (M-F – 8:30AM - 5:00 PM +OT).

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Filler to join our electrical distribution team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment for customers. Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret pick tickets to accurately fulfill customer orders Pick, pack, and stage electrical products for shipment Identify and select materials such as conduit, wire, breakers, panels, and fittings Verify product quantities, part numbers, and condition before shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment Basic math and reading skills Strong attention to detail Serves as a back-up driver when needed Preferred: Previous warehouse or order-filling experience a plus Forklift experience or willingness to be trained Must submit to a background check and drug testing Scott Electric offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Tuition reimbursement Paid holidays Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
