Job description
We are seeking a talented Mid-level Frontend Developer to join a leading institutional-grade RWA (Real-World Asset) DeFi protocol. This role is central to bridging the gap between traditional finance and decentralized ecosystems. You will be responsible for building high-performance, transparent, and secure user interfaces for tokenized credit, real-yield products, and fully collateralized primitives.
Key Responsibilities**
Develop and Maintain:** Architect and build responsive, high-fidelity frontend components using React.js**.
Web3 Integration:** Implement seamless interactions between the browser and the blockchain, ensuring robust wallet connectivity and transaction handling.
User Experience:** Translate complex financial data and on-chain transparency metrics into intuitive, user-friendly dashboards for institutional clients.
Collaboration:** Work closely with smart contract engineers and legal structuring teams to ensure the frontend accurately reflects complex credit enhancements and risk management protocols.
Performance Optimization:** Ensure the platform is highly performant, secure, and accessible across various devices and browsers.
Code Quality:** Participate in rigorous code reviews and contribute to a clean, maintainable, and well-documented codebase.
Required Skills & Qualifications**
Experience:** 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development, ideally within the FinTech or Web3 space.
Tech Stack:** Proficiency in React.js**, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS or Styled Components).
State Management:** Deep understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Recoil, or React Context).
Web3 Proficiency:** Hands-on experience with libraries such as Ethers.js**, Viem**, or Wagmi**.
Security Mindset:** A strong understanding of frontend security best practices, particularly concerning DeFi protocols and user asset safety.
Financial Literacy:** Familiarity with DeFi concepts like collateralization, yield farming, or credit primitives is highly preferred.
