Job description

Responsible for HR operations for overseas local employees and China-based expatriates, including cross-border mobility, personnel file management, implementation of non-cash benefits, and vendor management.
Interpret, design, and implement HR operational processes in compliance with local labor laws and group standards (e.g. employee lifecycle management from onboarding, employment to offboarding); conduct regular process audits and efficiency analyses to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Lead overseas local HR operations projects, develop standardized toolkits, and continuously enhance HR operational efficiency and employee experience.
Maintain HR system data accuracy and integrity; support overseas HR module requirement analysis and system testing, and provide local data insights to headquarters.
