About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager (Talent Marketing) to grow Wing’s online presence across Tik. Tok, Instagram, and YouTube, helping attract and engage top talent through creative, authentic, and data-driven content. This role owns the multi-channel posting calendar, community interactions (comments and DMs), and content repurposing engine — ensuring consistent storytelling that reflects Wing’s culture, people, and opportunities.
