雲端伺服器B2B業務(Order Fulfillment)

1. Responsible for order fulfillment and shipping arrangement with priority orientation
2. Work with sales to collect customer PO/FCST demand, monitor materials status, including pull in materials with buyer and supplier.
3. Align build/shipping plan to coordinate factory build activities, including material and other related CRD checking.
4. Weekly meeting with customers and deliver order status through CTB report.
5. AP/AR/EXCESS management, provide monthly billing plan.
6. Shipment related issue tracking and follow up to close.
7. Supply chain management

要求 / Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master degree; Business, or engineering background
2. Good communication in English(TOEIC 750+ is a must)
3. Good interaction with customers
4. Ability to work under pressure, good interaction with team work, responsible, optimistic, positive and patience work attitude.
5. Time-Oriented, excellent in problem solving and negotiation
6. Good in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
7. 3yrs+ in ODM/OEM industry is a must.
