Job description
- Responsible for order fulfillment and shipping arrangement with priority orientation
- Work with sales to collect customer PO/FCST demand, monitor materials status, including pull in materials with buyer and supplier.
- Align build/shipping plan to coordinate factory build activities, including material and other related CRD checking.
- Weekly meeting with customers and deliver order status through CTB report.
- AP/AR/EXCESS management, provide monthly billing plan.
- Shipment related issue tracking and follow up to close.
- Supply chain management
要求 / Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree; Business, or engineering background
- Good communication in English(TOEIC 750+ is a must)
- Good interaction with customers
- Ability to work under pressure, good interaction with team work, responsible, optimistic, positive and patience work attitude.
- Time-Oriented, excellent in problem solving and negotiation
- Good in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- 3yrs+ in ODM/OEM industry is a must.
