Job description
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Physical Therapist with experience in outpatient adult care to join a well-established clinic in Peridot, Arizona. Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and preventing re-injury
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of patient care and progress Requirements
- Active state license as a Physical Therapist in California
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
