Staff/Principal Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff/Principal Engineer based in India. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineering leader to shape the technical direction of AI-powered B2B SaaS products while remaining hands-on with software development.

In this role, you will influence architecture, engineering standards, and platform scalability across a growing portfolio of modern applications. Working closely with product leaders and cross-functional teams, you will drive technical excellence, improve delivery velocity, and establish best practices for high-performing engineering teams.
