Job description
Overview
Provides direct patient care while working under the supervision of a Nursing Supervisor utilizing skills as outlined in the scope of practice by the Department of Human Services Division of Facility Services.
Responsibilities
Will be responsible for transporting patients from the ED, monitor, getting them placed in a bed, assist with Vital signs, bed turnover, trained in how to set up delivery tables.
Qualifications
The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
- Completion of high school or its equivalent.
- Successful completion of a Nurse Aide I Program certified by North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Current listing with NC Division of Facilities Services Registry.
