Unrivalled #Create. The. Future About this Role We are seeking a skilled SAP HR ABAP Consultant with over four years of experience in SAP HCM/HR technical development.
This role is ideal for an individual with strong expertise in ABAP within HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM), alongside a working understanding of integration scenarios, including SAP Integration Suite (CPI). What you’ll do Design, develop, and support SAP HR (HCM) ABAP solutions.
Work extensively with infotypes, payroll, time management, and organisational management. Develop and enhance: ABAP reports (classical and ALV-based) Enhancements including user exits, BAd. Is, and implicit/explicit enhancements Forms such as Smart. Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts Interfaces including IDocs, web services, and APIs Build and optimise HR-specific ABAP objects such as macros and function modules.
Perform payroll-related enhancements including PU12Manage secure bank file transfers, including encryption processes. Develop data migration and data upload solutions using LSMW, BAPIs, or custom programs. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders for requirement analysis.
Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and deployment activities. Work on IDoc-based integration interfaces Who you are Over four years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development. Strong technical expertise in SAP HR (HCM) ABAPGood understanding of: Infotypes and HR data structures HR function modules (PA/OM) Payroll and time management fundamentals Proven experience in reports, enhancements, forms, and interfaces.
Strong debugging and performance optimisation capabilities. Familiarity with object-oriented ABAP (OOABAP). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Not a perfect fit?
