Position Overview
The Talent Management Specialist supports all Talent Management programs globally. This position is a key member of the team, with a direct impact on the design and methodology of Encore’s global talent management and development programs focused on proactively supporting, evaluating, developing, and growing Encore talent around the world.
This position works closely with Corporate and Field Leaders, Human Resources (Talent Acquisition, Global Learning, HR Vice Presidents and Managers, Total Rewards and HR Technology), International team members and third party suppliers and vendors.
