Mine/Production Supervisor

The Mine/Production Supervisor is responsible for providing technical knowledge, operational experience, and leadership skills to direct and oversee the safe, efficient, and high-quality work performed by mine operations. Reporting to the Mine Superintendent, this role is responsible for achieving short- and long-term objectives, adjusting shift plans to maximize resources, and leading the mining team in all safety- and production-related matters.

Responsibilities include

supporting and directing personnel throughout the production cycle, accurately completing shift logs, and conducting routine safety audits and workplace inspections. The Mine/Production Supervisor must also be adaptable to the evolving needs of the surface operations and the underground mining operation.
