THE ROLE Great wine service isn’t about knowing a lot — it’s about knowing exactly the right thing at the right moment, and CÉ LA VI is where you’ll learn to do that properly. As Commis Sommelier, you’ll support wine service across our Restaurant and Sky Bar, building your foundation in wine regions, varietals and service technique under sommeliers who take the craft seriously — because here, everyone does.

• Hold a WSET Level 1–2 Award in Wines, or equivalent knowledge
• Bring 1–2 years of luxury hospitality or wine service experience
