Employment Coordinator - Liberty Club West

Under the supervision of their manager, the Employment Coordinator is responsible for assisting individuals through their career path. Staff will assist individuals with obtaining 3 Discovery Milestones, job development, and provide job coaching support after they are hired. Additionally, staff are responsible for developing relationships with local employers for the purpose of assisting participants in obtaining, maintaining, and succeeding in their employment.

The Employment Coordinator is responsible for implementing effective career development, career readiness and professional strategies to help prepare participants to enter into competitive employment.
