HVAC Maintenance Technician

HVAC Maintenance Technician – Trusted Advisor Houston, TX | Full-Time | On-Site Anybody can run a checklist. We're looking for someone who can walk into a home, tell a family the truth about their system, and earn their trust before they even ask for it. Freedom Power was born when Freedom Solar and Freedom HVAC joined forces to become Texas's complete whole-house energy company.

We don't just install equipment. We hand homeowners the keys to something bigger: control over their energy, their bills, and their future. We call it Energy Empowerment, and it's not a tagline — it's the reason we show up every day. As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you're the reason our customers sleep easy. You'll run thorough preventative maintenance visits, catch the small problems before they become expensive ones, and explain exactly what you find — no pressure, no scare tactics, just facts and photos.

When a repair or upgrade genuinely makes sense, you'll be the one homeowners trust to tell them so.
