• Behavior Technician Position Details Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM –8:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00AM - 4:00 PM Location: Richmond, CA Start Date: Immediate openings available Settings: In-Home Clients & In-Center Why Join BTA? Provide hands-on guidance and model effective ABA strategies. Support onboarding and shadow training for new BTs. Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure quality service delivery. Provide direct 1:1 ABA services when assigned. Provide constructive feedback and help address training needs. Maintain required training trackers and session documentation.

What We're Looking For

Active RBT certification. Previous ABA/BT experience. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to coach and support other BTs. Reliable and comfortable taking initiative. Saturday availability required. This is a great opportunity for an experienced RBT who is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities while continuing to make a direct impact with learners.
