• Addison Parks The Town is looking to hire twelve (12) Seasonal Lifeguards for the Addison Athletic Club's upcoming Pool Season! Bonus Opportunities: Sign-On Bonus: $300.00  if the employee starts on or before May 18, 2026, and works Memorial Day Weekend.  $250.00  if the employee starts by May 28, 2026. $150.00  if the employee starts by June 16, 2026. Referral Bonus:  $50.00  for Town employees if they refer a candidate who is successfully onboarded into a Seasonal position with the Addison Athletic Club.
