Job description
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Director of Risk Management, the Risk & Insurance Associate will assist and support the organization’s insurance and risk programs across a commercial real estate portfolio. This includes supporting property, casualty, and liability programs tied to owned, managed, and developed assets, as well as certain personal lines exposures where applicable.
This position plays an essential role in protecting the organization’s commercial real estate assets by supporting effective insurance placement, ensuring compliance, and contributing to proactive risk management strategies that preserve asset value and operational stability.
